A vicious killer is loose aboard the H.M.S. Queen Victoria. Four of the passengers are determined to track the killer down, but are unprepared for the gruesome reality of crime-fighting. Only the famous Dr. Fell can pin down this most cold-blooded of murders, whom he dubs the Blind Barber.
